Marketing as Code means marketing-platform configuration is declared in version-controlled YAML, reviewed before mutation, and applied through provider APIs.

validate -> plan -> apply -> plan

v0.2.1 manages Matomo only. Google Ads and Meta Ads are not implemented. There is no destroy command.
