v0.1.0 ships one provider: Matomo. Google Ads and Meta Ads are not implemented.

Authentication is environment-variable only:

MATOMO_URL
MATOMO_TOKEN_AUTH
MATOMO_SITE_ID

validate, plan, apply, and import require a reachable Matomo instance and those variables.
