apiVersion is required and must be agoraform.io/v1alpha1.

Attribute	Required	Description
`name`	yes	Goal name; immutable once local state binds the resource
`matchAttribute`	yes	For example `event_action`
`pattern`	typically yes	Value to match
`patternType`	no	Provider default when omitted

Do not put idGoal in attributes.
